Anne Jacobs is the Global Regenerative Agriculture Manager at Griffith Foods, where she leverages her expertise in program management and agronomy to drive meaningful ecological and social impact. Anne's work centers on achieving global goals tailored to the cultural and environmental contexts of local communities.
In addition to her professional role, Anne serves as the Vice President of Iowa Young Professionals in Agriculture and sits on the board of Iowa Gardening for Good, a non-profit
organization dedicated to community gardening and food security initiatives.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and Global Resource Systems from Iowa State University. She remains an enthusiastic supporter of Cyclone sports. Outside of work, Anne enjoys participating in a book club, traveling—having visited a new continent in the past year—and engaging with others to explore innovative approaches to sustainability.
Anne’s passion for regenerative agriculture and cultural exchange fuels her commitment to creating lasting, positive change both globally and close to home.
Stephanie Mattucci is a director on Mintel's Food and Drink team. She joined Mintel in 2013 and advises clients on food science and nutrition related topics. Prior to Mintel, Stephanie worked as a food scientist and earned her Certified Food Scientist credential from the Institute of Food Technologist in 2016.
Kimberly Schaub is a research chef and senior food scientist focused on business development for Griffith Foods Global Sustainability. With a nutritional science background, leadership training from the US Air Force, and culinary scientist certification from the Research Chefs Association (RCA), Kimberly brings a unique eye to culinary arts, food technology, and agrifood sustainability. She founded the Grassroots sustainability affinity group at Griffith Foods and completed her MBA in Sustainable Innovation at the University of Victoria. She drives business development in sustainability, piloting commercial team training and strengthening customer engagement strategy. She loves traveling globally and volunteering at the Quillisascut Farm, a sustainable smallholder farm in eastern Washington State. A constant learner, she also founded a podcast in 2016 called PeasOnMoss. PeasOnMoss itself is a word play on mise en place, and the mission is to highlight the varied pathways and successes in the food manufacturing industry.
PeasOnMoss leverages the podcast platform to invite a larger audience to consider the craft and business of getting food to their grocery store shelves and onto their plates. Through conversational interviews, Kimberly invites the guests to share their career experiences and expertise, fostering a space where food science and technology are shared in an accessible and engaging way. Kimberly interviews brands and culinary leaders who are looking at our industry differently to take on their portion of the sustainability mission for the food industry. For us to keep our lights on and our guests in our businesses, we need a combination of big policy changes, consumer attitude evolution, and intentional shifts within our own businesses. Her mission is to amplify the stories of professionals across the functions and to invite you to join the collaboration to help us make sustainability both the aspiration and the standard for our kitchens of the future.
