RCA Europe Visits SIAL Paris 2024

What: SIAL Paris Expo tour (The story of SIAL Paris, the International Food Exhibition)

Where:  Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte, FRANCE

SIAL Paris is the largest food innovation exhibition in the world, with over 7000 exhibitors from 127 countries, and more than 400,000 food products on display. The exhibition covers 10 food industry sectors (from frozen foods and snacks, to delicatessen and free-from), and so it is a perfect place for inspiration and trend spotting.

The size of the exhibition can, however, become overwhelming, so taking some time off to discuss, compare notes and socialize with fellow culinologists can be very helpful: from ensuring you didn't miss any gems, to getting context on the innovations through discussion and analysis, to simply meeting people with similar interests, it is always better to spend a portion of your time at the expo in a group.

The intent is to keep the group as small as possible, and a questionnaire will be shared with the attendees in advance to collate interests in order to tailor the event as much as possible, so that we only visit the most relevant sections in this limited time.

Wear comfortable shoes!
