Many of our guests for "Beard by the Books" traveled from near and far for our annual fundraising dinner at the James Beard House in NYC. 

Please join this year's enitre RCA Culinary Team, event coordinators and support staff for "Beard by the Books", along with regional members for a lively but casual goodbye brunch with our community. Mix and migle with the community and share your favorite dishes from the evening and fondest memories from RCA happenings.

For those unfamiliar, brunch will be held at The Fleur Room, a glass-encased lounge on the 35th floor of the Moxy Hotel in Chelsea has showstopping 360-degree views of Manhattan's skyline, from the Statue of Liberty to the Empire State Building. With rich floral fabrics, a copper-clad bar, water driplet chandelier and a massive disco ball that once graced the infamous LA club Vertigo.

**Brunch will include a 2-hour buffet-style dining experience along with an open bar.
