HOST SPEAKERS: Jason Cohen, Founder & CEO, Simulacra Data

Jason Cohen is the Founder & CEO of Simulacra Synthetic Data Studio, an AI platform for synthetic data generation in the consumer research industry. Jason was previously the Founder & CEO at Gastrograph AI, an AI platform for modeling and predicting human sensory perception and consumer preference. Jason's background and expertise is in sensory science, tea tasting, and topological data analysis for machine learning. 
 
Before founding Simulacra SDS and Gastrograph AI, Jason was the Founder and Executive Director of The Tea Institute at Penn State, an interdisciplinary tea research institute, which oversaw 20+ researchers in 5 fields of study on Chinese, Japanese, and Korean tea. Jason has published 2 books on Chinese tea, and has a pipeline of future books he'd like to finish.
